Partners are invited to join an exclusive community called the Club. The Club consists of three individual levels of service, one of which the partners choose to match and support their business needs. The training concept of Consult&Counsel is based on a tailored pre-planned training program and a business-minded understanding of technology.

As an operational model, the Club makes it possible to address training in a holistic and professional way, and to plan ahead and budget for it in advance.

The training needs are identified in advance to allow for individual planning on an annual basis. This saves time, money and other assets. Accordingly, cash flow can be planned in more detail than previously, as the training function does not consume resources on an ad hoc basis any more.

The deliverable is a training operation that is business oriented and target-based, meets the requirements of the company, and develops the know-how of employees in a systematic manner.
